COVID-19 Safety
MASKS REQUIRED. I have the utmost concern for your safety. I follow the recommendations of the Ontario provincial government, Toronto Public Health and the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) to ensure the safety and well-being of all.Everyone who lives and works in the house is fully vaccinated. I follow specific protocols to keep you safe and the clinic open. These include:
- COVID-19 screening before every appointment
- Reminder of COVID-19 precautionary measures posted at the entrance
- Required use of hand sanitizer in the entrance hallway
- Contactless temperature check
- Mandatory mask wearing for clients and staff
When You Come for Your Treatment:
- Please come to your appointment on your own to minimize exposure.
- Wear a mask that covers your nose and mouth and be prepared to keep the mask on during the length of your treatment.
How long are massage treatments, and what is the cost?
A variety of durations are offered to suit your individual needs:45 minutes: $85
This is sufficient time for a thorough targeted massage, for example: a head, neck and shoulder treatment. I do not do full body treatments in 45 minutes as it does not give sufficient time to thoroughly address all areas of the body.
60 minutes: $100
The most popular treatment option. This is sufficient time to do a full body relaxation treatment or a full body treatment with a focus on one area.
90 minutes: $140
An excellent option for a thorough relaxation massage or a full-body treatment with a focus on one or more areas.
Reflexology: $100 (60 min treatment)
Love foot massage? How about a one-hour treatment dedicated to your feet? Reflexology starts and finishes with a warm towel foot wrap. Soothing paraben free peppermint lotion is used. Reflexology sessions relieve stress, promote relaxation and ease sore feet. A complete reflexology treatment takes one hour.
Prenatal: $120 (60 min treatment )
This therapeutic massage is designed to alleviate the common discomforts during pregnancy such as back pain and muscle tension. Clients are typically treated while lying on their side and supported by additional pillows for optimum comfort. Hot stone treatments are not offered to pregnant clients. Less than one hour is generally not enough time to address all areas of concern, and more than one hour can be contraindicated for a pregnant client.
Hot Stone: $135 - 150 (60 min or 90 min treatment)
Hot stone massage therapy is massage treatment with the additional benefit of heat. Water-heated, smooth stones are used on the body, with or without pressure—for the ultimate in relaxation and pain relief. Warmed basalt stones, used in conjunction with Swedish massage techniques, radiate a soothing heat that encourages deep relaxation of the muscles and the mind.
NOTE: Hot stone massage therapy will not be offered to clients with high blood pressure or who are pregnant. Also, hot stone is not offered during June, July and August!
Hours
Appointments are generally available from 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Thursday. Dates and hours may vary.
Frequently Asked Questions
I have been fully vaccinated. Can I take off my mask? No. The protocols mandated by the College of Massage Therapists and Toronto Public Health mean that both clients and therapists must wear masks during treatments. Even fully vaccinated people can be infected by variants of COVID-19.

Because I work out of my home, for my privacy and safety I do not provide my address until the time of booking. Thank you for your understanding.
Is your treatment space accessible for mobility-impaired clients?
Unfortunately not, the treatment room is located on the second floor of the house.
Is there parking available?

ABOUT VERONICA
I’ve been a proud Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) since 2009. My goal is to use my skills to make a difference in people’s lives. Working in a variety of settings, including chiropractic and physiotherapy clinics, as well as spas, I’ve treated a range of clients: athletes with acute or chronic injuries, women dealing with the physical stress of pregnancy, the aches and pains of aging bodies, clients of all ages suffering from stress or anxiety, and clients in palliative care.I pride myself on using the breadth and depth of my training and experience to offer appropriate, empathetic, and effective treatments that address the therapeutic needs of my clients.
MY APPROACH TO MASSAGE THERAPY
Massage Therapy can be part of your ongoing health and wellness routine. It can be highly effective when used as part of a preventive care program to decrease muscle tension and joint discomfort, improve posture, aid in relaxation, and help manage stress and anxiety.
Massage therapy is an effective approach to pain management and to complement other treatments such as athletic therapy, chiropractic, and physiotherapy.
I do not separate treatments into categories such as “deep tissue”, “rehabilitation treatment” or “relaxation treatments”, because treatments should be customized to address specific goals and therapeutic issues.
The treatments I provide are a combination of different techniques such as relaxation massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, hydrotherapy, and therapeutic taping, and include follow-up home care instructions.
Before your treatment, we’ll discuss your goals and any concerns. I’ll carefully consider your medical history, areas of concern, the level and type of any pain, and how your condition restricts your performance and/or daily activities. Then I’ll design a custom treatment plan to suit your needs.
The Massage Experience - WHAT TO EXPECT
Histories will be collected from all new clients during the initial intake process, where we will also discuss your goals and treatment options.
You can choose to disrobe to your comfort level. A firm, flat treatment table is provided for the session, where you will be draped with a clean sheet and blanket such that the only areas exposed at any given time are the areas being massaged. As we target your areas of concern with in-house oils or lotions, you are encouraged to communicate any discomfort.
If relevant to your treatment plan, you will be supplied follow up home care suggestions so that you can take an active part in your healing process and maximize the benefits of your massage between visits.

Privacy Policy
Privacy of personal information is an important principle to me. I am committed to collecting, using and disclosing personal information responsibly and only to the extent necessary for the goods and services I provide.WHO WE ARE
Veronica Lelchuk is a Registered Massage Therapist located in Toronto, Ontario. Veronica offers various therapeutic massage therapy services to the general public with an emphasis on women and members of the 🏳️🌈 LGBTQ+ community. Veronica is in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
WHAT IS MEANT BY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Personal information is information about identifiable individuals. It includes information that relates to:
- an individual’s personal characteristics (e.g., gender, age, home address or telephone number, family status);
- health (e.g., health history, health conditions, health services received by them);
- activities and views (e.g., opinions expressed by an individual, an opinion or evaluation of an individual).
Personal information is different from business information (e.g., an individual’s business address and telephone number). Business information is not protected by privacy legislation.
WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION: PRIMARY PURPOSES
Like all medical professionals, I collect, use and disclose personal information to serve my clients. The primary purpose for collecting your personal information is to provide appropriate treatment. For example, information about your health history, including family history, current physical condition, function and social situation, help me to assess your health needs, advise you of your options, and provide the treatment you choose. A second purpose is to obtain a baseline to identify changes/progress that occur over time.
WE COLLECT LIMITED PERSONAL INFORMATION FOR OTHER PURPOSES
I also collect, use and disclose information for purposes such as: To invoice clients for services not paid for at the time of service, to process credit card payments or to collect unpaid accounts.
Registered Massage Therapists are regulated by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). The CMTO may inspect my records and interview me as a part of their regulatory activities in the public interest. In addition, as a professional, I will report serious misconduct, incompetence or incapacity of other practitioners, whether they belong to other organizations or my own. The cost of goods/services provided by the organization to clients is often paid for by third parties (e.g., motor vehicle accident insurance, private insurance). These third party payers often have the client’s consent or legislative authority to direct us to collect and disclose to them certain information in order to demonstrate client entitlement to this funding.
Clients or other individuals I deal with may have questions about our goods or services after they have been received. We retain our client information for a mandatory minimum of ten years after the last contact to enable me to respond to those questions and provide these services.
PROTECTING PERSONAL INFORMATION
I understand the importance of protecting personal information. For that reason, I have taken the following steps:
- Paper information is kept in a locked cabinet in a restricted area.
- Electronic hardware is either under supervision or secure in a locked or restricted area at all times. In addition, passwords are used on computers. Paper information is transmitted through sealed, addressed envelopes or boxes by reputable companies.
RETENTION AND DESTRUCTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
As an RMT I am required by the CMTO to retain client personal information for 10 years to ensure I can answer any questions about the services provided and for accountability to external regulatory bodies.
I destroy paper files containing personal information by shredding. Electronic information is destroyed by deleting it and, when the hardware is discarded, I ensure that the hard drive is physically destroyed.
YOU CAN LOOK AT YOUR INFORMATION
With only a few exceptions, you have the right to see what personal information I hold about you. I can help you identify what records we might have about you. I will also try to help you understand any information you do not understand (e.g., short forms, technical language, etc.). I will need to confirm your identity, if I do not know you, before providing you with this access. I reserve the right to charge a nominal fee for such requests.
I may ask you to put your request in writing. If I cannot give you access, I will tell you within 30 days if at all possible and tell you the reason, as far as I am able, as to why I cannot give you access.
If you believe there is a mistake in the information, you have the right to ask for it to be corrected. This applies to factual information and not to any professional opinions I may have formed. I may ask you to provide documentation that our files are wrong. Where we agree that I made a mistake, I will make the correction and notify anyone to whom I sent this information. If we do not agree that I have made a mistake, I will include in our file a brief statement from you on the point and we will forward that statement to anyone else who received the earlier information.
DO YOU HAVE A QUESTION?
If you have a concern about the professionalism or competence of my services I would ask you to discuss those concerns with me. However, if I cannot satisfy your concerns, you are entitled to complain to my regulatory body: College of Massage Therapy of Ontario 1867 Yonge Street, Suite 810, Toronto, ON M4S 1Y5(416) 489-2626 / 1-800-465-1933 / Fax: 416-489-2625 www.cmto.com
